This is a central hub where bar, restaurant, and pool seemingly merge. From early in the morning to late at night, it’s the spot to enjoy locally inspired cuisine, pure food & authentic Greek flavors by our chef Dimitris. It’s also the meeting point for daily gatherings to chilled out evenings accompanied by a glass of fine Greek wine.

Our Head Chef Dimitris Paliouras

After a culinary journey in some well-known restaurants & hotels in Greece, Dimitris, our Head Chef is back to his hometown to present a unique menu of high gastronomy. The main concept is to combine the beloved flavors of Greek cuisine with the latest culinary techniques. Local fruits, herbs & vegetables which flourish in local gardens or nearby fields and products from local farmers, fishermen & butchers shape into hearty dishes to delight your taste buds.
